Sidney Yuen
Sidney Yuen has extensive experience in the areas of total quality, customer satisfaction and change management. He has consulted with hundreds of companies in HK and Asia.

He was instrumental in the setting up the HKMA Quality Award; he was Founding Chairman of the HKMA Quality Award for the first 5 years. Sidney was Quality Director at American Express and practice leader in change management at Andersen Business Consulting.
